Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data under one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests such as securing and improving the service, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
International Transfers
If personal data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and additional measures as needed.
Data Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and context.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We do not sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising. You may submit a request at [email protected] and, where applicable, appeal a decision by replying to our response with “Appeal.”
California residents may use an authorized agent subject to verification requirements. This Policy serves as our notice at collection.
Children’s Privacy
The service is not directed to children and is intended for individuals 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us to request deletion.

We may use de‑identified or aggregated information for service improvement and statistical reporting.
Do Not Track
Many browsers offer a Do Not Track signal. The service currently does not respond to DNT signals. If we engage in activities that constitute selling or sharing under applicable law, we will implement opt‑out mechanisms as required.
